1. Membership & Recurring Billing

By enrolling in the She Who Builds membership, you agree to an automated recurring subscription billed either monthly ($47 USD/month) or annually ($500 USD/year). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to your renewal date.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time directly through your portal account by clicking Manage My Membership. Upon cancellation, you will maintain full access to the member portal and Telegram community until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

3. Community Guidelines & Access

Members are expected to maintain professional conduct across all community touchpoints, including our private Telegram group and live Google Meet sessions. She Who Builds reserves the right to revoke access without refund in cases of harassment, unauthorized self-promotion, or code of conduct violations.

4. Intellectual Property

All resources, toolkits, and content provided within The Builder's Toolbox and community calls remain the exclusive intellectual property of She Who Builds and are for personal member use only.
